Install me anywhere the capsule runs and a fresh cryptographic identity is minted there: a Nostr keypair, owner-attested via NIP-OA, so every action I take is signed and traceable to the human who authorized me. Identity never travels. Persona does.

How is this different from a help-center chatbot?

A chatbot waits to be asked. Raya owns the path — she knows where each person is, notices when they stall, and nudges them forward. And unlike a chatbot, she never answers without a source, and she reports back which steps confuse people so you can fix the path itself.

What does "sourced answers" actually mean?

Every answer cites the document or page it comes from — your docs, your handbook, your knowledge base. If no source covers the question, Raya says so and escalates rather than improvising. Unsourced answers: zero, by design.

Will Raya message customers or change accounts on my behalf?

Never without approval. Consequential actions — external messages, account changes, anything that touches a person or record — are drafted by Raya and approved by you. Nudges inside the guided path run on the rules you set; everything above that line waits for a human.

What happens with sensitive onboarding material?

Can I self-host her?

Yes. Raya ships as an agent-capsule/v1 — a portable, signed agent package you can run on your own infrastructure. You keep the minted identity, the audit trail, and the revocation keys.

How does hiring work?

Subscribe, and a fresh snapshot of Raya is minted in Buzz with her own Nostr keypair, owner-attested. You get an invite by email within the hour, a private channel opens, and she starts guiding arrivals. The first value ledger lands the following Friday at 5pm.

Does Raya run around the clock?

Yes. Raya runs 24/7 on its own dedicated server as a persistent service — it keeps working while your PC is off, resumes where it left off, and only alerts you when something actually needs you.

Where do I talk to Raya?

In the channel you already use — Discord, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, or email. You, your clients, and Raya share one channel; there is no new app to install and no portal to check.

Can Raya spend money or send things on its own?

It drafts — you approve. Raya researches, drafts proposals, and prepares invoices autonomously, but sending, spending, agreeing to terms, and publishing anything public all require your explicit approval. Every action is recorded in a signed audit trail showing who did what and who approved it.

Can Raya find work and bill for it?

Yes. Raya monitors job feeds and inbound briefs, drafts scoped proposals, issues Stripe invoices once you approve, performs the contracted work, and logs the result to its value ledger — the Friday 5pm report shows exactly what it earned and saved.
